Josh Allen has been the Buffalo Bills’ starting quarterback since Week 12 of his rookie season.
Against the visiting Minnesota Vikings in Week 10, Allen is officially active and starting for the Bills.
Having sustained a right elbow injury in a Week 9 defeat against the New York Jets, Allen was questionable coming into Sunday after missing practice Wednesday and Thursday and being limited Friday. According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport on Saturday, Allen is expected to start.
Allen was ruled out of Sunday’s game due to a UCL injury, but he will start his 64th consecutive game. He hasn’t missed a game since his rookie year when he missed four games due to a similar injury.
This season, Allen has completed 191 of 298 passes (64.1%) for 2,403 yards and 19 touchdowns. He has also rushed for 392 yards and four touchdowns.
Sunday’s game between the Vikings (7-1) and Bills (6-2) will kick off at 1 p.m. ET.
