Mauga, 22, signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in May. Denver’s practice squad cut him loose in November after he was among the final roster cuts.
Mauga recorded 205 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, three interceptions, six pass defenses, and two forced fumbles during his college career.
