As a fourth-round pick out of Oklahoma in 2017, Westbrook signed a four-year contract worth $3,076,164, including a $676,164 signing bonus.
The Packers added Westbrook to their practice squad last month after testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.
Westbrook played 15 games for the Vikings in 2021, catching 10 passes for 68 yards and returning punts for 183 yards.
